Sales Manager – Moxy Sophia Antipolis
What You Will Do
Sales & Business Development
Support the hotel’s business growth by identifying and pursuing new group and local business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and the local Sophia Antipolis community.
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities to promote Moxy Sophia Antipolis.
Represent the hotel at local events and client functions, showcasing the Moxy brand’s fun, bold, and social vibe.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Regional Commercial Team to execute the hotel’s annual sales and marketing activities.
Account Management
Assist in managing a portfolio of local and group accounts, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date client information and sales activities in SFA Web.
Preparation of proposals, contracts, and offers for new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the Revenue and Operations teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of confirmed bookings.
Sales Planning & Execution
Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Work closely with the commercial team to develop creative ideas for promotions and activations.
Support in planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and drive bookings.
Collaboration & Coordination
Partner with the Operations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences for group and corporate stays.
Support the Group Sales teams, being the on‑property go‑to person providing in‑depth knowledge and support.
Collaborate with sister properties and the wider Hotel Co 51 network to share best practices and cross-sell opportunities.
What You Bring
A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Eager to kickstart or grow your career in hotel sales — previous experience or an internship in hospitality, sales, or events is a plus, but not required.
You’re curious, proactive, and not afraid to connect with new people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love building relationships and making a great first impression.
Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks while keeping a positive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable working with data and systems; experience with tools like Opera or a CRM system is an advantage.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.
You bring energy, creativity, and personality — staying true to the Moxy brand’s fun and fearless spirit.
