What you will do:

  • Business Growth – Drive strong regional growth by expanding business with existing customers, creating cross‑sell opportunities, and winning new target accounts.
  • Account Planning – Build and execute strategic account plans using company tools to increase Ingredion’s share of wallet.
  • Pricing & Contracts – Apply competitive, value‑driven pricing and manage contracts to maximize returns.
  • Solution Selling – Identify and pursue customer growth opportunities for Healthful & Texture Solutions. Launch solution‑selling projects and ensure customer briefs meet Ingredion requirements.
  • Innovation – Bring forward new ideas, represent the customer voice, and accelerate adoption of new product launches.
  • Customer Experience – Strengthen customer relationships, broaden stakeholder networks, and deliver a consistently positive experience.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work effectively across Technical Service, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to support project development, supply planning, and account performance.

What you will bring:  

  • Solid commercial/sales experience in food ingredients or B2B food sectors, with a proven record of delivering projects, sales, and growth in specialty or value‑added products
  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science
  • Strong passion for sales, account management, and driving business growth
  • Good understanding of food processes and formulations
  • Comfortable working within a matrix organization to achieve sales targets
  • Fluent in English and French (Spanish desirable)
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across Western Europe for customer visits
  • Experience in beverages, sports nutrition, dairy, or savoury categories (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Western European markets, especially France, Iberia, and Italy (desirable)
