Responsibilities:

·        Leads the preparation and delivery of
comprehensive product information and high-impact presentations to potential
clients, ensuring all technical specifications and benefits are clearly
communicated, and tailoring the content to meet client-specific needs.

·        Optimizes the CRM system, ensuring
accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation for
in-depth reporting and analysis, and leveraging data to drive strategic
decisions.

·        Works under limited supervision and broad
guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance
to drive project success and compliance.

·        Provides expert technical support during
high-stakes client meetings and demonstrations, addressing intricate client
questions and concerns effectively, and ensuring a seamless experience for
potential clients.

·        Implements strategic sales initiatives,
working closely with the senior sales team to achieve ambitious company
targets, expand market share, and drive revenue growth in the medical devices
industry.

·        Applies specialized knowledge in breadth
and/or depth to a variety of issues and projects within the team, ensuring
effective solutions and innovative approaches to complex challenges.

·        Cultivates effective relationships with
internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer
groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of
specialization.

·        Delivers advanced training programs for
the sales support team, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge
to effectively promote and sell devices, and ensuring continuous professional
development.

·        Serves as a key role for troubleshooting
and resolving issues related to sales tools and processes, ensuring minimal disruption
to sales operations and maintaining productivity.

·        Identifies opportunities for introducing
new support activities that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the
sales team, driving continuous improvement in sales operations.

Profile:

• Language: English fluent + French
fluent

• Minimum required Education: Vocational Education/
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.

• Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required
with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in
Sales Operations, Administrative Support or equivalent.

• Certification:
Certified LEAN Basic
