Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract Software Engineers.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and create job descriptions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
• Utilize various platforms and tools for candidate sourcing, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Facilitate interview processes and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of software engineering roles and technical competencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and a keen eye for identifying talent.
