Senior Compliance Specialist - France & EMEA Proctor Bureau

Your responsibilities will include: Design and deliver engaging compliance training and communication programs tailored to various levels of the organization Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Commercial Divisions, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure proactive, solution-oriented compliance Ensure documentation, due diligence, and approvals are compliant with internal controls, SOPs, and MedTech/local codes Provide expert-level advice on complex compliance scenarios, including high-risk and non-standard cases Deliver timely, pragmatic guidance on both local and international compliance policies (e.g., MedTech Europe Code, Anti-Gift Law) Minimum of 7 years' experience in compliance, legal, or a related field, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector Deep understanding of local and international healthcare compliance regulations, including MedTech Europe Code and Anti-Gift Law Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication skills in both English and French Familiarity with compliance systems and tools used in multinational organizations Previous experience supporting operational compliance activities or anti-bribery/anti-corruption audit activities across EMEA Requisition ID: 616676 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
