Senior Digital Project Manager (mu002Ffu002Fd)

As the trusted advisor for our strategic customers, you will lead complex digital transformation projects from the first discovery workshop through implementation and continuous platform evolution.

You will bridge business strategy and technology, working closely with customers, consultants, product management, designers, and software engineers to deliver outstanding digital solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery workshops and define digital solution strategies with enterprise customers.

• Translate business objectives into scalable solution concepts and implementation roadmaps.

• Manage complex digital projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, design, development, and product management.

• Drive agile delivery, manage priorities, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.

• Budget ownership, revenue tracking, and capacity/utilization management for billable project teams.

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and become their strategic advisor.

• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and continuously improve digital platforms.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality.
