Senior Director, Consumer Insights Fine Fragrance

As a Director of Consumer Insights, you'll lead our team in deciphering consumer behavior and market trends. Your data-driven strategies will drive decision-making, shaping our brand's positioning and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation and consolidation of global consumer insights programs and plans in line with the FF category and clients' needs. Lead research initiatives to identify consumer trends, product preferences, and behaviors. Be the consumer insights expert for discussions with internal stakeholders and clients and be the first point of contact for specific consumer insights questions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute research plans that will drive business growth and innovation. Monitor the consumer insight plans at a global level. You Bring: Master's degree in business or consumer insights/market research. Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related field in client side or market research agency or fragrance house. Fluent in English. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
