The Role :
As Senior Event Manager at DiliTrust, you'll own the events function end-to-end and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates. This is a role with real scope: defining processes, building the strategy framework, and making sure every activation reflects the brand and drives business impact.
You'll manage events across all our markets: France, Spain, Italy, DACH, the US, Canada, and MEA. The model is centralized. You won't attend every event, but you'll make sure each one is well-prepared, on-brand, and properly followed up.
You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and regional Legal Expert and Alliances managers to plan and execute events that satisfy the local needs and align with the global strategy.
What you'll own :
- Event positioning: understand the audience and personas attending each event, and define what DiliTrust's participation should say and achieve. The goal is never just presence — it's relevance.
- Calendar, planning and execution: full visibility across all activations, from intake and brief through vendor coordination, asset production, and post-event reporting
- Intake process and sizing: a clear S/M/L framework so Marketing can resource events well and internal teams know what to expect
- Budget management: tracking spend, flagging risks, reporting to Marketing leadership
- Cross-functional coordination: briefing and aligning GTM teams so every event has a clear plan and proper follow-through from kick off to post-mortem
- Measurement and reporting: track event performance, report on outcomes, and feed learnings back into the planning cycle
- Process and tooling: build the templates, playbooks, and workflows that make the function scalable and repeatable
- Activation: coordinate with the GTM team to ensure communications launch on schedule and that every event has the collateral it needs to land
What we're looking for :
- 8+ years in B2B event management, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to organize events in different regions, large and small
- Experience owning a budget independently
- Comfortable with project management tooling (Monday/Asana and similar)
- Fluent English mandatory; French, Spanish, Italian, or German is a genuine plus
- You can tell a good event from a bad one, and you know why
- You build processes and structure naturally: templates, playbooks, automations
- You think about the why behind each event: who's in the room, what they care about, and how to make DiliTrust's angle land
- A strong collaborator who can bring cross-functional teams along
- Patient with people, decisive about work
- You love using AI to automate tasks and be more efficient
What we offer :
- Join a fast-growing company in a friendly, international environment (offices in France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Germany, USA, Mexico, Dubai...);
- Our "Remote Policy" guarantees that you can find the right balance between "Onsite" and "Remote";
- Last but not least, all the day-to-day benefits of the CSE, luncheon vouchers, profit sharing bonuses, weekly sport session organized by TrainMe, etc…
