Your mission

You'll own B2C growth across our consumer products.

Your objective is straightforward: Accelerate the growth of Onoff’s consumer ecosystem by scaling acquisition, improving activation and building sustainable growth loops.

You'll own the growth strategy across mobile app distribution, App Store Optimization, Google Play, acquisition channels, onboarding funnels, experimentation and conversion optimization.

This is a highly hands-on role.

You'll work closely with our founder, Product, Design, CRM, Data and Engineering teams to transform ideas into measurable growth opportunities.

You won't just execute campaigns. You'll identify opportunities, build hypotheses, run experiments and turn insights into business impact.

What you'll do

• Own B2C growth strategy across our consumer products

• Define and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities

• Scale paid and organic acquisition channels

• Improve App Store and Google Play visibility (ASO)

• Optimize mobile acquisition funnels and onboarding journeys

• Increase activation, conversion and retention metrics

• Design and run growth experiments continuously

• Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities

• Improve acquisition efficiency and reduce CAC

• Launch referral, partnership and viral growth initiatives

• Build dashboards and monitor key growth metrics

• Work closely with Product teams to improve user experience and conversion

• Collaborate with CRM teams to maximize lifecycle performance

• Test new channels, tools and approaches quickly

• Bring data-driven recommendations to strategic discussions

What we're looking for

You probably have:

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Management or a similar role

• Strong experience growing consumer mobile applications

• Proven track record of scaling digital products with measurable impact

• Strong understanding of App Store and Google Play growth mechanics

• Experience managing acquisition channels such as:

  • Apple Search Ads

  • Google App Campaigns

  • Meta Ads

  • Other performance marketing channels

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect initiatives with business metrics

• Experience running growth experiments and A/B tests

• Ability to optimize activation, conversion and retention funnels

• Ability to prioritize quickly and focus on highest-impact initiatives

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality

• Ability to challenge assumptions and decisions with data and experiments

• Comfortable working hands-on while having strategic ownership

• Strong English and French skills

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription businesses

• SaaS or mobile app background

• Experience scaling consumer products internationally

• Experience launching or growing mobile applications from early stages

• Knowledge of attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch...)

• Experience with AI-powered growth and automation tools

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
