The Senior Payroll Consultant is responsible for team management by setting quality objectives. As a Senior she/he will also train, coach, monitor and organize the work and evaluate the performance of their team managers. He/she will ensure both technical and commercial service quality across its portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure regular payroll and social reporting on client files 
• Processing of a new employee: establishment of the DUE, affiliation with social organizations, creation of the employee record in Cegid
• Process the departure of an employee: fill in the employee’s file, calculate the STC in simple cases (CDD, resignation) and complex cases (dismissal, breaks), drawing up the work certificate, received from STC, Pôle Emploi certificate
• Establish common Urssaf social statements, pension fund, provident, mutual, occupational medicine, to be supervised by the supervisor
• Prepare year-end returns and taxes
• Ensure any type of communication (telephone, e-mail, mail) in a perfect way in terms of responsiveness and reliability with the clients
• Monitor the progress of the work and ensure compliance with deadlines throughout the portfolio through the schedule;

• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm or outsourcing firms
• Excellent oral and written French
• Knowledge of Silae - payroll software - will be considered a plus
• Experience in managing a client portfolio
• Good knowledge of french payroll techniques
• Responsiveness and proactivity
