This role is part of a global initiative aimed at strengthening synergies between the Payroll and Personnel Administration functions in a multi-entity, international environment.

Reporting to the HR Director for France/Belgium/Luxembourg, you will play a key role in structuring HR processes, reporting, and migrating payroll to a group-wide payroll solution. The initial scope covers payroll and HR administration for a French entity (around 200 employees), with a long-term objective of scalability and shared services.

Your Responsibilities

Personnel Administration

  • Administrative management of the employee lifecycle: contracts, amendments, letters, certificates, employee records
  • Absence tracking (sick leave, social security benefits, insurance), managing health-related cases, liaising with social agencies
  • Handling administrative procedures: wage garnishments, child support
  • Regulatory watch and ensuring compliance of HR processes

Payroll Management & ADP Migration

  • Payroll processing using Cegid (data input, validation, issuing 200 payslips)
  • Final pay processing, advances, disputes, and complex simulations
  • Monthly closing, consistency checks, DSN (electronic payroll reporting) error tracking
  • Contributing to payroll configuration (events, items, rules)
  • Active involvement in the payroll migration project to ADP (GlobalView, Streamline, or Celergo): planning, testing, coordination with international project teams
  • Liaising with Urssaf, pension funds, health insurance providers, etc.

HRIS & HR Reporting

  • Producing payroll and social reports for HR management
  • Supporting HRIS projects: structure, configuration, improvements
  • Tracking internal training data
  • Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, report automation)

Support, Coordination & Cross-Functionality

  • Interface with HR, finance, and controlling teams
  • Responding to employee inquiries
  • Supporting and advising managers on payroll and HR matters
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement of HR & payroll processes in a drive for regional standardization
  • Confirmed experience (minimum 8–10 years) in payroll and personnel administration, in a structured, multi-site environment
  • Mandatory proficiency with Cegid and experience with ADP (GlobalView, Streamline, or Celergo), ideally as part of a migration project
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS tools and configuration processes
  • Fluent professional English required (regular interactions with international teams, documentation in English)
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Rigorous, autonomous, analytical mindset, service-oriented
  • Prior experience as a technical lead or team manager is a plus

Why this role?

  • Join an international group undergoing HR transformation
  • Work in a strategic scope, combining both payroll and personnel administration expertise
  • Play an active role in shaping future regional HR & payroll standards
  • Attractive compensation aligned with market standards
  • Immediate Availability;
  • Permanent Contract or Contractor Agreement (depending on earliest availability);
  • Partial remote work possible (up to 2 days/week after probation)
