Description de l'emploi - Senior Product Designer (all genders)
At Shiftmove, we’re building the next generation of connected mobility products that empower businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our goal is to make complex operations intuitive and efficient – turning insights into impactful action for thousands of B2B customers across Europe.
As our Senior Product Designer (B2B/SaaS), you will be part of our Shiftmove design team with a focus on our French Geo products (Optimum & Ocean), and you will play a foundational role in shaping how product design is practiced and scaled within these teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across France and Shiftmove to design solutions that enable insight-driven decisions and seamless day-to-day operations, while introducing structure, raising design maturity, and driving a transition toward a more product-led approach.
What you'll do:
End-to-End Design Ownership: Partner with Product and Engineering to lead the full design process, from framing the problem to delivering elegant, scalable solutions aligned with user and business goals.
User Research & Insights: Conduct and analyze user research, interviews, and data insights to identify pain points, validate ideas, and translate findings into tangible product improvements.
Best Design Practices: Build and introduce processes, tools, and ways of working to raise design maturity across Optimum & Ocean
Product-led Design: Drive a shift toward product-led thinking, supporting the transition from sales-driven and waterfall approaches to more modern product practices
Cross-Company Collaboration: Build strong internal relationships to champion user-driven changes, with the agility to escalate and secure executive alignment when needed.
Design Standards Alignment: Gradually bring the French products closer to Shiftmove’s design principles and ways of working
What you'll need to be successful:
User-Centered Design Expertise: Strong grasp of user-centered B2B design principles with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
Discovery & Delivery Leadership: Proven ability to drive both design discovery and delivery, shaping product direction through qualitative and quantitative insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communicator who partners seamlessly with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of how design decisions impact business outcomes, and how to balance user needs with company objectives.
Ambiguous Design Environment: You’ve built or improved design practices and are comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t exist.
Impactful Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing meaningful product design work with clear reasoning, process, and measurable outcomes.
Languages: French C1, English C1
