Senior Sales Representative H/F

As a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving business development and revenue growth within the terminals segment. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities while expanding Honeywell’s presence with key customers across the region.

You will report directly to the Product Business Leader (Senior Sales Manager) and will work remotely from France. This role involves up to 50% travel, primarily across France - Mainly but not limited to Northern, Western, Central and Eastern part of France, Luxembourg, and French-speaking Switzerland

In this position, you will contribute directly to Honeywell’s success by developing and executing strategic growth plans, targeting both existing and new accounts. You will proactively engage with key stakeholders, uncover emerging customer needs, and position Honeywell’s Industrial Automation solutions to win new business and increase market share within the Oil terminals sector.

You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline, shaping opportunities early, and influencing specifications to secure long-term growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas market in the North of France, along with established relationships with major terminal owners and the ability to leverage these to generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the terminals business, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry.
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong understanding of the terminals business and the Industrial Measurement and Control sector.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and implement effective account strategies to drive sales growth.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in the oil and gas sector.
