Key Responsibilities



  • Use existing senior network to create warm introductions to relevant companies and decision-makers.

  • Originate strategic opportunities with fintechs, SaaS platforms, travel companies, ad-tech companies, marketplaces, payment companies, financial institutions and other relevant B2B partners.

  • Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Payments, Heads of Product, partnerships leaders and other senior stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities where Wallester can provide card issuing, white-label issuing, API-based cards, expense management, controlled payments, payouts or related infrastructure.

  • Represent Wallester professionally in senior commercial conversations.

  • Coordinate with Wallester’s senior commercial, product, implementation and management teams to progress strategic opportunities.

  • Support complex sales cycles and partnership discussions from introduction to commercial proposal and contract stage.

  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and provide structured updates on strategic opportunities.

  • Help Wallester enter new verticals, geographies and partner ecosystems through credible market access.



Requirements



  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, enterprise sales, strategic business development or senior commercial roles.

  • Relevant background in payments, fintech, embedded finance, card issuing, banking, SaaS, travel-tech, ad-tech, marketplaces, procurement, expense management or other strong B2B technology sectors.

  • Existing senior network and proven ability to create warm introductions to decision-makers.

  • Track record of originating and progressing enterprise or strategic partnership opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

  • Comfortable discussing commercial models, partnerships, payment flows, API-based products and infrastructure solutions.

  • Excellent English is mandatory.

  • Additional European languages are a strong advantage.

  • Highly autonomous and able to work remotely without daily supervision.

  • Credible, mature and commercially serious in front of senior prospects.
