(Senior) Team Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to brokers and business leaders across the team.
• Coordinate meetings, diaries, travel arrangements, and team logistics.
• Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, client meetings, and conferences.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Assist with communications, presentations, marketing materials, and business documentation.
• Support team coordination activities, including project tracking, follow-ups, and managing deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems while supporting business processes and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the team through proactive problem-solving and day-to-day support.

Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• Experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Support, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• The ability to work independently while remaining an active contributor to a wider team.
