Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Drive business growth for Professional Services and TruScale, focusing on expanding market reach and increasing revenue.
  • Lead Major Deals: Take charge of significant Professional Services deals in assigned markets, ensuring successful negotiation and closure.
  • Awareness Generation: Promote awareness of AI, Hybrid Cloud, Edge, Big Data, and complex solutions, considering scope and geographical coverage.
  • Support ISO and SSG Sellers: Assist ISO and SSG sellers with all aspects of Advanced Services, providing expertise and support.
  • Market Leadership: Lead the market strategy for Advanced Services, aiming to surpass the EMEA average for Professional Services and TruScale PEN Rate.
  • Business Plan Development: Create and execute a comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory, focusing on the growth of Advanced Services.
  • Channel Support: Collaborate with Channel teams to develop and support the Channel, driving further growth in the Advanced Services business.
  • Cultural and Market Consideration: Develop the business plan for Advanced Services with a keen understanding of the diverse business acumen and cultural nuances of various markets.

  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and market expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading major deals to closure.
  • Expertise in AI, Hybrid Cloud, Edge, Big Data, and complex solutions.
  • Ability to support and collaborate with diverse teams, including ISO and SSG sellers.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
  • Experience in working with Channel teams and fostering growth.
  • Sensitivity to different market dynamics and cultural contexts.

    You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.

    SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
