Shop Employee - FlixBus Shop Paris-Pershing (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in France, we are looking for a motivated and driven Shop Employee (m/f/d) for our FlixBus Shop at the Paris Pershing bus station. You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, deliver high-quality service to our passengers, and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.  

This is a fixed-term contract from 12 October to 31 October 2026, working on a shift basis across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.

About the Role

• Sell tickets and process reservations, cancellations, and changes using our sales systems 


• Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information 


• Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation 


• Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers 


• Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams 

About You

• Enjoys helping people and delivers friendly, patient customer service 


• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player 


• Stays calm and solution-oriented during busy periods 


• Comfortable using computers and digital tools 


• Available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday during the contract period 


• Fluent in French and English
