The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sorting Center Supervisor to lead our high-volume sorting operations in Paris. This critical role focuses on optimizing package flow, maintaining sorting accuracy, and driving operational efficiency in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

  Operations Management: Oversee daily sorting center activities, ensuring smooth package processing and timely dispatch

  Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of sorting associates, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement

  Process Optimization: Implement efficient sorting methodologies and workflows to maximize throughput and accuracy

  Quality Control: Maintain strict quality standards for package handling and sorting accuracy

  Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs (sorting speed, accuracy rates, equipment utilization) to identify improvement opportunities

  Technology Utilization: Operate and oversee automated sorting systems and scanning equipment

  Inventory Management: Ensure proper handling and tracking of all packages throughout the sorting process

  Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies

  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with inbound/outbound teams to coordinate seamless package flow

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Experience: 3+ years in logistics operations, preferably in parcel sorting or distribution center environment

  Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings

  Technical Skills: Familiarity with automated sorting systems and warehouse management software

  
  


• 
  

  Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret operational data

  
  


• 
  

  Language: Fluency in  French and English (written and spoken)

  
  

Desirable Qualifications

  Experience with automated parcel sorting technology
