The Specialist General Surgeon will be responsible for performing a wide range of surgical procedures, managing patient care from diagnosis through post-operative recovery, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform emergency and elective general surgical procedures adhering to hospital protocols.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care effectively to optimize recovery.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Participate in hospital committees, quality assurance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior medical staff and surgical residents.
• Stay informed about advances in surgical techniques and healthcare best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Specialist General Surgeon, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general surgical procedures and patient management.
