Accountabilities
- Manage the back-end engineering team and oversee the development roadmap.
- Lead and improve delivery processes such as release planning and backlog grooming.
- Facilitate communication and meetings to ensure project efficiency.
- Motivate team members to work collaboratively and efficiently.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery.
- Support new tools and systems evaluation and implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Project/Delivery Management experience with back-end teams.
- Strong technical background with understanding of microservices and system integration.
- Knowledge in the finance domain and experience with banking integrations.
- Experience managing Agile development teams of 5+ people.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile practices and tools, including Atlassian.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in documenting processes and tracking project management tools.
