As a Statistical Programmer, you will contribute to the analysis and reporting of clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process. By leveraging your programming skills, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to drive innovation and make a difference in the healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate statistical programs using SAS to create datasets, listings, tables, and figures for clinical trial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians and data managers, to ensure adherence to project timelines and data standards.
• Perform quality control and troubleshooting of programming outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Document programming processes and maintain a clear record of version control for all programs.
• Participate in the development of programming guidelines and best practices to enhance productivity.
• Assist in preparing statistical analysis plans (SAP) and contribute to regulatory submission documents as required.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about data and have a strong background in statistical programming.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in statistical programming within the clinical research industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming is essential; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and effective communication skills are critical to your success in this role.
