Schlumberger Riboud Product Center (SRPC) is the largest SLB technology and development center in Europe. Approximately 800 scientists, engineers, and technicians from over 50 nationalities design and manufacture equipment and systems for our oil services worldwide. MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At the Clamart site, we develop, manufacture, and provide after-sales service for oil exploration and well testing equipment used worldwide. You will support the EMBH Sourcing team.
Your mission will be:
- Market Analysis & Supplier Selection: Conduct market analyses based on company needs and select suppliers and items in compliance with SLB standards.
- Supplier Monitoring: Monitor suppliers, contracts, and inventory, ensuring alignment with quality, environmental, and cost objectives.
- Performance Objectives & Contract Negotiation: Define performance objectives for assigned suppliers and negotiate contracts in line with SLB's commercial strategy.
- Risk Evaluation & Procurement Assistance: Evaluate supplier risks (financial, operational, ESG) and assist Buyers in the procurement process to select the most suitable suppliers.
- Communication & Tender Participation: Facilitate communication between suppliers, production, and commercial departments, and participate in tenders when necessary.
PROFILES AND SKILLS
Desired profile: Bac +4/+5 Master’s in Business School or Purchasing / Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
To fulfill these missions, the sought-after skills are:
- Technical skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Knowledge in supplier selection and management, including quality methods and systems
- Other skills:
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (advanced level, minimum B2) to effectively interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Excellent relational skills, demonstrating high levels of rigor and adaptability to various situations and challenges.
- Analytical thinking: can function independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Microsoft office tools knowledge.
