We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a complex international manufacturing environment.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for developing and executing supply chain strategies that support business growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the complete supply chain, from demand planning and procurement through to production planning, inventory management, logistics and distribution, ensuring optimal performance across the entire value chain.
Working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Finance and Logistics, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, improving service performance and leading strategic transformation initiatives within an international organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain function across manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, procurement coordination, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and transportation.
- Ensure effective coordination across internal and external supply chain partners to deliver outstanding operational performance.
Operational Performance
- Drive continuous improvements in customer service, delivery performance, inventory optimisation and cost efficiency.
- Define inventory strategies and stock policies to balance customer demand with operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain performance indicators, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, delivery reliability and productivity.
- Adapt planning priorities and operational strategies in response to changing business requirements and market conditions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance and Logistics to align operational priorities and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships across multiple business functions to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and external partners to ensure service excellence.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing international supply chain team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support talent development, succession planning and employee engagement across the organisation.
- Promote effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams and functions.
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
- Drive standardisation, process optimisation and operational excellence across the organisation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain systems and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.

You are a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain leader with extensive experience in industrial manufacturing environments. You are comfortable managing complex operations, leading international teams and balancing competing priorities while delivering measurable business results.
You possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Supply Chain Management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing supply chain, planning or logistics teams.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, production planning, inventory management, procurement and logistics operations.
- Experience working within complex international or matrix organisations.
- Demonstrated success improving operational KPIs, customer service and supply chain performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced supply chain planning tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and French are essential.
