We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations Lead to drive the structure, performance and digitalization of recruitment across our international teams.
Reporting to the HR Development Pool Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes, managing recruitment tools and leveraging data to improve hiring performance.
At the intersection of HR, technology and analytics, you will help build a more efficient, scalable and data-driven recruitment function across several countries.
Your main responsibilities
Recruitment operations
- Structure and standardize recruitment processes across multiple countries
- Ensure alignment with HR policies and local regulations
Recruitment tools & digitalization
- Administer and optimize the ATS (Recruitee or equivalent)
- Improve workflows, automation and reporting dashboards
- Contribute to the integration of recruitment tools with HR systems
Recruitment performance
- Track key KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion rates, source effectiveness)
- Build dashboards and provide recruitment insights to HR leadership
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives
External partners
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and headhunters
- Monitor performance and optimize the recruitment vendor panel
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, HRIS or HR Development
- Experience working in an international environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Recruitee or similar)
