Tech Data transformation - Automation Specialist (m/f)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tech Data Automation Specialist (f/m) to join our SIDB - Programs, Governance & Strategy team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing maintenance documentation to ensure aircraft airworthiness and efficient flight operations. As part of the Technical Data unit, you will be involved in data workflow automation aiming at transforming authoring and delivery methods for technical manuals.

Your challenges:

• Map end-to-end business processes and propose innovative solutions for operational pain points.

• Deliver tangible Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Proofs of Value (PoVs) to drive long-term strategy.

• Apply Symbolic AI principles to structure and automate technical data workflows.

• Integrate Generative AI advancements to innovate technical documentation authoring and delivery.

• Define IT architecture and orchestrate development activities with subcontractors.

Your boarding pass:

• Proven professional experience in automation or AI within an industrial or engineering environment.

• Expertise in Symbolic AI (First-Order Logic) and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering).

• Proficiency in Python programming and structured/unstructured data manipulation.

• Ability to coordinate developer teams and translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Fluency in English and French is required for this transnational role.
