In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that operational processes are optimized and compliant with quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify and assess production processes during the transfer from R&D to industrialization.
• Develop and validate protocols for manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with design teams to refine product specifications for manufacturability.
• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives post-transfer to ensure optimal operations.
• Conduct training for production teams on new processes and equipment.
• Monitor production metrics and report on efficiencies and yields.

About You

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in industrialization or transfer processes, preferably in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals, biotechnology).
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
