In Airbus Flight & Integration Test Centre we are gathering all engineering testing skills and competences

• Definition of the Testing Strategies

• Test Benches and Aircraft Simulators Design and Validation

• Test preparation and planning on Lab and Flight Test means

• Laboratory and aircraft test instrumentation

• System integration in laboratory and on demonstrators with real aircraft equipments

• Execution and analysis of Ground and Flight Test campaigns on our development aircrafts

The Flight & Integration Test Centre is a transnational Centre of Competence with teams in Toulouse, Hamburg, Filton, Bremen, Tianjing, Bangalore, Mobile working closely together with all other Engineering Centers and worldwide Suppliers.

Our daily challenge is to ensure the safety and the maturity of our product.

We are four teams of highly motivated people (70+) specialists of tools and data driving our Digital journey for testing our aircraft products toward simplification, innovation and empowerment.

You will deeply collaborate with key stakeholders as process owners, business owners, digital leaders, architects, coders, compliance and security responsible...

Your "boarding pass"

As Verification & Validation digital leader, you are Time / Quality / Cost responsible for:

• Architecture integration from V&V Objectives & Requirements management to Technical events

• Digital solution requirements, development and deployment  (based JIRA)

• Legacy data migration incl. Legacy tool decommissioning (LTM, CATEGA, ITE…)

• Future digital solution strategy and benchmark (OCTANE, 3DX, … tools)

Required Educational Background, Experience and skills :

• Strong project / program management background (experience on Agile methodology)

• Engineering /digital background

• Anticipate & Steer Changes

• Have good interpersonal skills with customers/suppliers at all levels

• Team player

• Advanced level of English & French
