WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Pilot and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives including new products launches.
  • Utilize market research and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Support our brand positioning and make sure we drive brand awareness and thought leadership through targeted marketing activities (the Retention Club), positioning Adikteev as a leader in the Adtech industry and more particularly in User Retention business.

★ WHO YOU ARE



You will be a good fit to join the Marketing team at Adikteev if you:


  • Have a proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the Adtech industry.
  • Exhibit a strong expertise in product marketing: a MUST for this position, coupled with a deep understanding of technology solutions and customer needs in the Adtech space.
  • Can showcase success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Have experience managing and inspiring cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. An excellent command of English (in speech and writing) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.


Please note that although we have a strong preference for someone based in Paris for this position, we remain open to hiring individuals residing in other European cities. In such instances, it would be necessary for you to spend three days in Paris every three weeks.

  • Interview with Emilien (CRO and Co-Founder of Adikteev),
  • Case study to complete remotely followed by a presentation to Cameron, Chief Business Development Officer, Loïc, CPO, and Taoufik, CRO,
  • Team-fit discussion with the Marketing/Communication team,
  • Final interview with Xavier, CEO and Co-founder of Adikteev, and Benoît, CHRO
