Job purpose: Schneider Electric is searching for a Cybersecurity Innovation & Architecture, VP for its Energy Management Business Unit. Cybersecurity Innovation & Architecture, VP will be endorsed with a mandate to set and drive Innovation and Architecture agenda for Business units from cybersecurity standpoint and animate Division CTO teams in the cybersecurity domain. Define the technical and technological roadmap for innovations in cyber, data and product security for EMBU. Buid & deploy, as enablers, secure reference architectures by segment/domains, aligned with IEC security levels and Essential Regulatory and Future ready Requirements Drive compatibility & interoperability through secure reference architecture design support to offer teams Drive and promote adoption of security platforming strategies, such as secure reusable bricks and libraries Provide support to technical invariants and guidance on their usage by offer management Productization, commercialization and marketing assistance from a cybersecurity standpoint Implement cybersecurity bricks & platform governance for Ecostruxure domains Cybersecurity innovations, partnerships to support BU innovations squads Secure Development Training for Essential Req’s, Secure Operations Provide assistance with typical customer secure architectures (for large, strategic or sensitive projects) Responsibilities: Build & deploy, as enablers, secure reference architecture by segment/domains, aligned with IEC security levels, Essential (baseline) requirements… Implement Product Security architecture, secure design assistance for products and Ecostruxure Domains Privacy enhancing capabilities and mobile apps architecture for offers in consumer space Secure architecture and data exchange patterns for Edge to Cloud, Advisor offers Technology Partnerships and innovation for security in the offers, products, systems, software Drive compatibility & interoperability through reference architecture Productization, Commercialization, marketing assistance from a cyber standpoint Cybersecurity innovations, partnerships to support BU innovations squads Secure Development Training for Essential Req’s, Secure Operations Provide with typical customer secure architectures for elephant or sensitive projects Understand and contribute to SE policies and procedures covering product cybersecurity, be a champion and partner of the Governance organization Ensure that offers follow the SDL process, including pen testing, threat modeling, secure design reviews, etc. Support in maintain accurate and up to date inventory for all offers within Divisions Work to promote Future Ready R&D through the pillars of agile, multi-hub, quality, etc Work to drive an Innovation roadmap for BU that takes into account market intelligence and unique needs of the BU to produce future ready products to meet customer demand Support offer teams in addressing vulnerabilities in line with our defined SLAs for vulnerability management Leadership skills Superior organizational intelligence within the company and its ecosystem Strong communication skills, multi-tasking and problem-solving Ability to influence and engage successfully with senior business & cyber leaders Ability to work in a matrix organization with collaboration and conflict management skills Experienced in large business transformation programs. Tight deadlines, ability to prioritize, to handle and to maintain confidential information Technical & Soft skills Proven experience in product security, in an energy management or related industry In-depth knowledge of security standards (IEC , ISO, GDPR etc.) and their application to product, offer and wider digital security Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and technologies. Experience with risk assessment, threat modeling, and security requirements definition Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) would be a plus. Academic degree in Business and/or Engineering: domain level expertise could be a strong plus: Product, Software development, Marketing, Tendering, Sales,etc. Direct reports Some directs and functionals Travel % Projected travel 20% agreed with the leader of the project Location Main location: France (Grenoble or Paris) Full-time
