Yacht Fleet Manager

AHS, a premier real estate company, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Yacht Fleet Manager. This shore-based role in Dubai involves frequent travel to the yachts to ensure operational excellence, crew coordination, and alignment with ownership expectations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, yachting expertise, and a deep commitment to maintaining world-class standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the yacht fleet, ensuring all vessels are maintained to the highest standards
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and performance across the fleet
• Manage budgets and financial performance, including operational costs and capital expenditures
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs for all yachts
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with yacht captains and crew to ensure exceptional service delivery to guests
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
• Conduct regular vessel visits to ensure operational and presentation standards are met.
• Coordinate with shore-side teams (HR, Finance, Technical) for smooth fleet support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in yacht management or fleet operations
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
• Relevant certifications (e.g., STCW, yacht management qualifications) are preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, and MLC compliance.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Dubai and vessels.
