We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Mid Market (North of France)This role is RemoteAs a Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for growing our client base with a focus on clients with approx 1000-10,000 employees. You are committed to win and taking advantage of the untapped customer base that could benefit from our product offering. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans, hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. Create and drive revenue within a specified region, owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targetsDevelop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseDevelop account plans for new relationships, building, maintaining and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPossess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process, understanding their business needs and objectivesResponsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to connect multiple buyers and influencersGenerate leads from trade shows and regional networking eventsDevelop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotasAcquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitorsEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations You've got what it takes if you... A proven consultative sales executive with the ability to navigate complex, enterprise prospect accounts and stakeholdersAbility to absorb information quickly and deliver at paceCreative and able to build a vision with prospectsMetrics driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales dataA combination of self-starter, leader, collaborative internal partnerForever curious about the status quoPrevious years of outside enterprise software sales (SaaS) experienceStrong preference for human capital technology or solutions experienceProven track record selling enterprise software into large/complex accountsExcellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approachExceptional professional presence and business acumenExperience selling at the “C” level and navigating large enterprise organizationsMust work well in a team selling environment, able to keep an open communication particularly when working remotelyAbility to travel when requiredDemonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environmentConsideration for privacy and security obligationsEnglish and French language skills essential  Total Rewards:At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.In France, The base salary range for this position is: 53800 - 86100 EUR. If you work outside of France, the salary range may be different and will be applicable to your country, currency and market.In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
