As a Social Listening & Insights Apprentice, you will drive influence, advocacy, and product decisions through data-driven consumer understanding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Social Listening & Insights Apprentice, your main focus is consumer insights activation.

You leverage social intelligence to support global teams in making informed decisions across brand strategy, influence marketing, advocacy, communication, and product development. You transform social data into actionable insights and contribute to optimizing brand performance, launches, and community engagement across Coty’s global ecosystem.

Your main focus:

• Analyze social conversations to identify trends, consumer expectations, and brand perception drivers


• Translate data into actionable insights for marketing, digital, influence, CMI, and corporate teams


• Support influence strategies by identifying creators, content trends, and drivers of organic advocacy


• Monitor key launches and campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and risks


• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights presentations for global stakeholders

The team consists of a Social Listening Manager, and you will work closely together with several departments such as marketing, digital, influence marketing, e-commerce, media, and consumer insights.

All your colleagues are passionate, collaborative, and driven by impact. Working in the team, you will gain strong visibility and contribute to strategic projects across brands.

From global trend deep-dives to real-time launch monitoring, you will work on impactful projects across 40+ beauty brands, collaborating with diverse international teams and contributing to high-visibility initiatives.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT IF YOU

You like to analyze social data, uncover consumer insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations. As a Social Listening & Insights Apprentice, you are curious, analytical, and proactive, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you:

• Have strong analytical and data interpretation skills


• Are comfortable with social listening tools and Boolean queries


• Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture


• Show interest in influencer marketing and the creator ecosystem


• Are fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
