Alternance - Application Support & Développement (F/H)

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Application Support & Development Engineer (Apprentice) to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bac+3 to 5), looking to gain hands-on experience in application support, development, and cloud environments.

You will work closely with experienced engineers to support and enhance business-critical applications, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Day-to-day responsabilities

• Assist in monitoring and supporting applications (performance, availability, incidents).


• Participate in the analysis and resolution of application incidents (Level 1 / Level 2 support).


• Deeply involved into the development and maintenance of .NET applications and Windows Services.


• Support database activities using Microsoft SQL Server (queries, basic optimization, data analysis).


• Implementing enhancements and bug fixes.


• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.


• Document procedures, incidents, and technical changes.


• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Contribute to cloud-related activities (GCP exposure is a plus).

Who are we looking for

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.


• Basic knowledge of .NET (C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core).


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL fundamentals).


• Understanding of Windows environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).


• Exposure to version control systems (Git).


• Understanding of application architecture concepts.
