Position Context

As part of its development, Abbott Vascular France is looking for a Junior Marketing Product Manager Apprentice to support the marketing team in managing and deploying marketing activities related to its product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing team, the apprentice will be involved in a variety of cross-functional tasks:

Marketing & Product Materials

Creation, update, and development of marketing tools (PowerPoint presentations, sales materials, internal training tools)

Participation in the execution of marketing plans

Support for cross-functional marketing projects

Quality & Regulatory

Preparation and compliance of marketing documents according to applicable quality and regulatory processes (Veeva, Vablet)

Coordination of marketing document translations (collection of source files, proofreading, reference management)

Market Analysis & Intelligence

Conducting market analysis

Monitoring competitive intelligence

Follow-up of market studies and marketing surveys

Events & Communication

Participation in the organization of internal and external events (congresses, seminars, webinars)

Coordination with internal teams and external service providers

Operational Support

Weekly monitoring of stock-out references

Participation in daily marketing department activities, including:

Dispatch of samples and demonstration products

Responding to requests from cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory affairs, logistics, etc.)

Profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5 level):

Scientific/technical background (biomedical, engineering, life sciences) and/or

Marketing background (university, business school, continuing education)

Strong interest in product marketing

A first experience or interest in the medical device sector is a plus

Dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a team environment

Fluency in French and good professional command of English

Apprenticeship for one or two years / start date: mid september
