As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice, you will support the recruiting activities, contributing to the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions across Europe and other international locations. You’ll help deliver an excellent candidate experience, develop sourcing pipelines, and strengthen our employer brand, while learning how a modern TA team operates in a global business.
What you’ll doRecruitment operations & coordination
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer preparation support
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience (timely communication, clear next steps, interview readiness)
- Maintain accurate data and workflows in the ATS (SuccessFactors) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Sourcing & talent pipelining
- Contribute to sourcing strategies for open roles (LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean searches, talent mapping)
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring needs (commercial, corporate, manufacturing, etc.)
- Support partnerships with universities, associations, and external communities to grow candidate flow
Early Talent ambassador
- Animate the student community within BIC, organise breakfasts, and contribute to identifying future potential talent.
Employer branding & communication
- Help promote BIC World opportunities on social media and job boards
- Attend recruitment faires and events
- Support content creation (job ads, candidate messaging, campus/event comms) aligned with BIC World tone and EVP
- Assist with recruiting events (career fairs, networking sessions, local HR initiatives)
Process & reporting
- Track recruitment activity metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, SLA follow-up)
- Identify small improvements that reduce friction and improve speed/quality (templates, checklists, FAQs, interview guides)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Business, Psychology, or similar) and eligible for an apprenticeship contract
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting and learning-by-doing
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and stakeholders in a professional, friendly way
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Curious about sourcing tools and data (you like figuring things out)
- Fluency in English & French required
- A first experience in recruiting / HR / customer-facing role is a plus
- Real ownership on recruiting topics
- Exposure to international hiring and multiple disciplines
