APPRENTICE - Cybersecurity Awareness Communication, 12 to 36 months

Job Title

Are you curious about cybersecurity and motivated to make a real impact on how people think and behave when it comes to security? As a Security Awareness Apprentice, you will contribute to strengthening Amadeus’ security culture by helping colleagues better understand risks and adopt safer everyday practices.
Blending creative communication, data analysis, and hands-on collaboration, you will support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of awareness initiatives across the organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Communication and Engagement

• Maintain and update our intranet community

• Create and publish content on Viva Engage (posts, infographics)

• Produce presentations, videos, and training materials

• Support the organization of security events and campaigns

• Contribute to the security awareness ambassador program by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Build dashboards and reports using Excel and PowerPoint

• Support phishing simulation campaigns and analyze results

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to security awareness initiatives

• Assess campaign effectiveness using data insights and feedback

Requirements

Education and Background

• Currently pursuing a Master Degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Strong interest in data analysis and/or communication

Skills

• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content (Canva is a plus)

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to quality

• Good level in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)

• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences in English (English is a must)
