APPRENTICESHIP - Growth Marketing Project Specialist (M/F/X)

RMC BFM Group, the third-largest private media group in France, offers a rich editorial offering combining high-quality continuous news coverage, both national and regional, with a wide range of entertainment content.

Within RMC BFM’s Growth Marketing team, you will play a key role in user acquisition, retention and engagement.

Your responsibilities

Digital Performance Management:

• Analyze and monitor the performance of various platforms: websites, applications, CTV and external platforms, as well as different verticals (publishing, streaming).


• Develop tools and dashboards to track objectives and KPIs, including audience, engagement, acquisition and retention.


• Measure the impact of implemented initiatives.


• Provide reports and in-depth analyses to business teams and editorial departments, enabling them to adjust their strategies based on performance results.

Audience Development & Acquisition:

• Recommend and implement audience growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Platforms, SEO and Technology.


• Implement app growth levers such as SEA and ASO.


• Monitor acquisition campaigns focused on traffic and app growth.

App Marketing:

• Optimize the visibility of our applications across app stores (App Store, Google Play, etc.) through ASO (App Store Optimization) initiatives.


• Provide recommendations to improve the visibility and conversion rate of app store listings: keywords, visuals, descriptions, etc.


• Identify and activate new growth opportunities to increase visibility and engagement around the Group’s content, products and programs.


• Develop concrete and innovative action plans to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.


• Ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with growth objectives and audience expectations.

Profile

• Educational background in Digital Marketing, Business School or University.


• Curious, rigorous and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.


• Good understanding of the digital ecosystem.


• Strong interest in current affairs and the media industry.
