Apprenticeship in Global Marketing (1 year, Master level) - Home and Beauty area

We are looking for:

As part of the global marketing team in Aubervilliers, you will take the role of junior product and market analyst. In this position, you will work with marketing managers (hair care, skin care, cleansing & home care) in the development of marketing documents and tools for different markets but also in the development of formulation concepts and routine creation. This involves beauty care and home care market analysis and at the ingredient level, identification of the latest trends, collection of customer needs and coordination with R&I teams.... You will also have specific missions on certain product ranges in order to discover the role of junior product manager and the management of product life cycle.

We count on you for:

• Participation in the development of marketing materials 


• Market analysis: monitoring specific markets evolution, trends , offers and competition


• Assisting product managers with the operational monitoring of launches and marketing operations.


• Assisting the global marketing team on developing appealing marketing tools and products to answer market needs.


• Coordination of digital multi-channel strategies with the communication team (Social Media, Trade Media, Press, Newsletter, etc.…)

You can count on us for:

• You will have the opportunity to understand the variables involved in product management and how to structure an efficient product offering and tools.

You will bring: 

• Master Bac +4/5 - Cosmetics Formulation/Chemistry and marketing


• Fluent English 


• Ability to generate relevant contents with synthesis capabilities and efficient communication skills - Strong verbal and written communication


• Scientific and technical background in chemistry, formulation, consumer markets particularly in beauty & home care


• Excellent initiative, autonomy and enthusiasm


• Passionate by consumer products

You will get:

• The reasonably expected monthly base salary for this position is between €1,100 and €2,000. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as contract type, age, and education level, and may ultimately be higher or lower than the stated salary.
