Positioned within the marketing department, this role operates at the intersection of Product Marketing and Distribution Marketing. The primary objective is to contribute to the valuation and promotion of Lazard Asset Management funds across various distribution channels in France.
Reporting to the Head of Distribution Marketing and working closely with Product Marketing teams, the apprentice will focus on the following core missions:
- Marketing Collateral Management: Maintain the update, quality, and consistency of marketing materials for products distributed in France, including translation and adaptation for the local market.
- Channel Adaptation: Customize materials for Lazard Frères Gestion’s specific distribution channels (Private Banks, bancassurance, online brokers, Independent Wealth Managers (CGP), Family Offices, and Institutional investors).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor fund positioning in the French market through comparative analyses (performance, sales arguments, competitive landscape) and produce sales enablement tools.
- International Coordination: Support global and European marketing initiatives by liaising with teams in Paris, New York, and London.
- Education: Master’s level (BAC+4/5) from a Business School or University with a specialization in Finance or Marketing.
- Experience: A strong interest in asset management and financial markets is essential. Prior experience in marketing is required.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory (written and oral).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bloomberg, Morningstar, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: High analytical capacity, autonomy, organization, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Deep immersion in asset management marketing within an international context.
- Cross-functional exposure to fund commercialization and positioning challenges.
- Professional experience within a high-performing and ambitious team.
- Development of technical skills in financial analysis and digital marketing.
