Job Description:

Campagnes CRM - commerciales & automatisées

• Brief et coordination des campagnes CRM validées au plan de communication digital (création, validation, paramétrage et routage)

• Mise en place d'AB tests pour optimiser les performances

• Participation à la réflexion et au développement de nouvelles campagnes automatisées pour enrichir la politique de contact CRM

Analyse des performances des campagnes CRM

• Suivi des principaux indicateurs des campagnes CRM

• Participation aux bilans des temps forts

• Recommandations et optimisations

Veille concurrentielle sur le marché

Your Profile:

• De formation École de commerce/Université de niveau Bac+4/5 - Si possible avec une spécialisation digitale

• Vous êtes une personne motivée, autonome et savez vous adapter rapidement

• Vous avez le sens du détail, vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez un bon rédactionnel

• Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais (principalement écrit)

• Vous êtes curieux et pro-actif
