Audiovisual Production Assistant Intern

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as an Audiovisual Production Assistant Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to creating audiovisual content aimed at increasing EIC’s visibility, strengthening our brand image, and communicating with students, young graduates, and partners.

You will support the preparation, production, and distribution of video and multimedia content across EIC’s different communication channels.

You will take on a versatile role within the marketing and communication team, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship, at the intersection of audiovisual production, content creation, and digital communication.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As an Audiovisual Production Assistant Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in creating and developing our audiovisual content.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Video content production: contribute to creating videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and communication materials.
• Filming preparation: assist with organizing shoots, preparing equipment, and coordinating different production stages.
• Video and photo shooting: participate in filming interviews, events, and internal content.
• Video editing: edit and optimize video content adapted to different digital formats.
• Short-form content creation: produce content adapted to social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, promotional videos).
• Multimedia content creation: participate in creating visuals, animations, and audiovisual materials.
• Post-production: handle editing improvements, sound adjustments, subtitles, and content optimization.
• Creative concept development: suggest new content ideas and formats to strengthen EIC’s brand image.
• Media library management: organize and maintain audiovisual resources used by the team.
• Performance analysis: monitor content performance and identify the most effective formats.
• Audiovisual trend monitoring: follow video trends, new formats, and digital creative practices.
• Collaboration with marketing and communication teams: work with different teams to align audiovisual content with EIC’s objectives.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying audiovisual production, film, communication, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in video production, content creation, and digital communication.
• You are creative, curious, and enjoy developing new ideas.
• You are comfortable using video editing and audiovisual creation tools.
• You have a strong visual sense and an interest in video storytelling.
• You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different profiles.
• You pay attention to details and care about the quality of the content produced.
• Previous experience in audiovisual production, video editing, or content creation is a plus.
• A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
