EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Business Development Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to EIC’s business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with potential partners, and supporting the expansion of our activities in France and internationally.
You will take on a versatile role at the intersection of business development, sales, and partnership management, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.
You will directly contribute to the growth of an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada by helping develop our network of schools, companies, and strategic partners.
The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

MISSIONS
As a Business Development Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in growing the company and developing new business opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Business prospecting: identify new prospects, companies, schools, and potential partners to expand EIC’s network.
- Client portfolio development: contribute to building and maintaining long-term relationships with different stakeholders.
- Sales process management: support the different stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to opportunity follow-up.
- Needs qualification: analyze prospects’ needs and identify the most suitable solutions.
- Commercial outreach and meetings: participate in discussions with prospects and partners to present EIC’s programs.
- Business presentations: present EIC’s programs to schools, companies, and potential partners.
- CRM management: update commercial information, track interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Market analysis: identify new sectors, opportunities, and trends that could support business growth.
- Commercial materials creation: contribute to preparing presentations, proposals, and documents for partners.
- Sales performance monitoring: analyze results from commercial actions and suggest areas for improvement.
- Internal collaboration: work with Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations teams to align business development actions with company objectives.
- Sales process optimization: suggest improvements to make business development strategies more efficient.
PROFILE
- You are currently studying business, sales, business development, marketing, management, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in sales, negotiation, customer relationships, and business growth.
- You are comfortable reaching out to new contacts and communicating with different stakeholders.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.
- You have strong communication and persuasion skills.
- You enjoy identifying new opportunities and working toward business objectives.
- You are organized and able to maintain structured follow-up with prospects.
- You are comfortable using CRM tools and office software.
- Previous experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is a plus.
- A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
