Job description
As the first point of contact for SamBoat owners in the Spanish market, whether by email or telephone, your tasks will be:
- Advising and supporting them in the use of the website, responding to incoming requests and making proactive calls.
- Ensuring that requests received by email are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Guaranteeing the quality of the boats listed.
- Reviewing and validating new listings.
- Negotiating commissions and conditions.
- Identifying and attracting new boat owners.
- Turning them into SamBoat fans.
- Getting involved in the development of SamBoat, with a passion for customer experience.
