You'll be the Swiss Army knife between our customers, our product, and our internal teams. Your mission: ensure a smooth onboarding experience and lay the operational foundations that allow Vocca to scale faster and smarter.
This internship is both customer-facing (implementation, configuration, project tracking → fluent French required 🇫🇷) and internal (process improvement, cross-team communication, deployment efficiency).
1. Customer Implementation & Project Management
Participate in onboarding new customers and configuring the solution to fit their needs
Contribute to customer project management: scoping, planning, coordination, and follow-up
Solve specific challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and long-term satisfaction
2. Internal Processes & Continuous Improvement
Identify friction points in our internal workflows and help simplify them
Contribute to the design and rollout of new processes to accelerate deployments
Improve communication between teams (product, tech, sales)
Structure customer feedback and surface it to the product roadmap
1 month : Mastery of tools, workflows, and the product. Able to run a customer implementation end-to-end.
3 months : Active participation in 5–15 onboardings. First processes documented and adopted. Customer feedback turned into concrete proposals.
6 months : Trusted operational go-to person for both customers and internal teams. Visible contribution to product evolution.
This internship is for you if:
You're pragmatic, organized, and customer-oriented
You love the tools and processes that make things run
You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy bringing structure
You can speak just as easily to customers as to engineers
You speak fluent French 🇫🇷
Bonus points if:
You've already worked with CRMs, billing tools, or reporting platforms
You have prior experience in a startup or scale-up tech environment

Final interview (30 min) — Eliott (Founder)
