Who we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, curious, discreet and ultra-organized intern to serve as the right hand to our CEO. This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat into what it takes to scale an AI startup from the ground up. You’ll be supporting the founder with both day-to-day business tasks and occasional personal admin. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things in order, and in return, you’ll get a close-up look at what it’s like to be in the center of an early-stage company.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and organize the CEO’s inbox
• Help structure the calendar, schedule meetings, and keep priorities clear
• Book travel: flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
• Track to-do lists, follow-ups, and small operational tasks
• Join some calls to take notes and send summaries
• Keep documents and contacts organized (Notion, Google Drive, etc.)
• Handle occasional personal errands or logistics
• Keep sensitive information confidential and act with discretion at all times

Qualifications

• You want hands-on experience working directly with a founder
• You prefer action over theory and aren’t afraid of doing unglamorous work
• You’re looking to learn how things run behind the scenes
• You’re organized, low-ego, and keep things to yourself
• You speak english fluently, and you are able to communicate in French
