Communication Assistant Intern

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Communication Assistant Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to developing EIC’s communication strategy, creating content, and implementing actions aimed at strengthening our visibility among students, young graduates, and partners.

You will contribute to creating and distributing content across different communication channels while helping develop the brand image of an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada.

You will take on a versatile role within the communication and marketing team, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As a Communication Assistant Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing our external and internal communication.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Content creation: contribute to writing and creating content for our different communication channels (social media, newsletters, articles, and marketing materials).
• Social media management: help manage our social platforms and suggest ideas to improve our digital visibility.
• Digital communication: participate in implementing actions aimed at developing our online presence and engagement with our community.
• Communication materials creation: design and optimize presentations, visuals, brochures, and documents for candidates and partners.
• Content writing: create publications, articles, and communication materials adapted to our different audiences.
• Editorial calendar management: contribute to planning content and monitoring communication initiatives.
• Event communication: support the promotion of webinars, career fairs, school events, and candidate meetings.
• Performance tracking: analyze communication results and suggest improvements.
• Communication and digital monitoring: follow trends, competitor practices, and new communication opportunities.
• Brand development: contribute to strengthening EIC’s identity and visibility among different audiences.
• Internal collaboration: work with Marketing, Recruitment, and Partnerships teams to ensure consistent communication.
• Communication process optimization: suggest ideas to improve content creation, distribution, and monitoring processes.

PROFILE

• You are currently studying communication, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, business school, or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in digital communication, content creation, and brand development.
• You are creative, curious, and proactive.
• You have strong writing skills and a good sense of communication.
• You are comfortable with social media platforms and digital trends.
• You are organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You enjoy working in a team and interacting with different stakeholders.
• You are comfortable using digital tools and content creation platforms.
• Previous experience in communication, marketing, or content creation is a plus.
• A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
