ABOUT CORPORATE STRATEGY TEAM
The Corporate Strategy team defines the company’s long-term trajectory by spotting emerging opportunities, anticipating market and industry shifts, and designing future-ready operating models. It leads and supports a broad portfolio of high-impact initiatives, including strategic planning, market modeling competition monitoring and assessments, and other enterprise-wide transformation projects.
The team is composed of former top-tier strategy consultants (BCG, Bain, Roland Berger). They operate in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and highly collaborative environment
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This six-month internship will offer you the opportunity to:
- Assess markets and strategic opportunities, developing market assessments, business cases, and product launch strategies.
- Contribute to solving enterprise-wide strategic and operational challenges, supporting integrations, commercial initiatives, and operational transformations.
- Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations, preparing models, presentations, and executive materials to inform leadership decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, collaborating with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Medical teams to gather insights, challenge assumptions, and drive execution.
PREFERRED PROFILE
Education / Experience(s)
- Top-tier business school, engineering school, pharmaceutical school or university (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, EM Lyon, Ecole Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines, Ponts ParisTech, Dauphine, Sorbonne…).
- First experience, ideally in consulting, financial services or within a strategy or corporate finance function of a large corporation.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- High degree of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
