Your Role

As a Customer Adoption Manager Intern (Tech), you’ll sit at the crossroads of technology, customers, and business.

Your goal:

👉 help customers understand, adopt, and get value from OUTSCALE sovereign cloud and AI / LLM solutions (including Mistral AI).

You’ll work closely with sales, tech, and partners, and be involved from pre‑sales to early adoption.

Your Missions

Customer & Product Adoption

• Understand and structure OUTSCALE cloud & AI offerings
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value
• Support customers during onboarding and early usage phases
• Identify adoption blockers and propose improvements

AI & Use Cases

• Identify and qualify business use cases for LLM & LLMaaS solutions
• Contribute to solution positioning for regulated environments
• Help document use cases, demos, and success stories

Go‑to‑Market & Sales Support

• Support go‑to‑market strategy and commercial initiatives
• Assist with lead qualification and early customer interactions
• Prepare commercial and technical presentations, demos, and documentation

Profile

• Final‑year or gap‑year student (engineering, computer science, or business school)
• Strong interest in cloud computing, AI, LLMs, and tech products
• Comfortable with technical topics and customer discussions
• Analytical, structured, and curious mindset
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
