Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve internal digital tools (Microsoft 365: Power Apps, Power Controller, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, etc.)
• Participate in the integration and use of artificial intelligence solutions (Copilot for Microsoft 365)
• Contribute to the automation and simplification of internal processes
• Participate in the analysis of user needs
• Create prototypes and proof of concepts
• Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of digital solutions
• Monitor tool adoption and collect user feedback
• Create educational materials (guides, tutorials, videos)
• Lead workshops and support employees in the handling of tools
• Raise awareness of good practices related to collaborative tools and AI
• Participate in cross-functional digitalization projects

Qualifications:

• Master degree : Digital, Innovation, Data, Information Systems or Digital Transformation 

• Fluency in English (Level B2)
• Knowledge of digital tools, automation and artificial intelligence
• Good ability to analyze, organize and manage projects 
• Curious/self, innovative(s) and force of proposal 
• Sense of service and a good listening ability 
• Comfortable popularizing technical topics 
• Self-sufficient, rigorous, self-reliant and proactive
