The opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern with strong digital instincts, commercial curiosity, and a genuine interest in culture, design, and creative industries.
You will work on the launch and growth of cultural and immersive experiences, helping turn awareness into visitors, ticket sales, and measurable audience growth.
The role spans the full audience journey: PR, influence, media, partnerships, digital acquisition, lead generation and conversion.
What you’ll do
- Support the marketing and communication strategy for cultural experiences.
- Coordinate PR, press, influencers, partnerships, social media and media campaigns.
- Support media planning across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Help drive ticket sales through SEO, SEA, Google Ads, Meta, paid social and retargeting.
- Monitor the customer journey from awareness to ticket purchase and identify ways to improve conversion.
- Support CRM, lead generation, audience segmentation and remarketing.
- Track campaign performance including traffic, leads, conversion, CAC, ROAS and ticket sales.
- Coordinate agencies, freelancers and digital specialists: briefs, timelines, deliverables and follow-up.
- Research audiences, competitors and trends across museums, exhibitions, immersive entertainment and cultural tourism.
- Identify partnerships that can increase awareness and attendance.
Who we’re looking for
You may come from marketing, communication, media, luxury, tourism, hospitality, entertainment or culture.
You ideally have:
- Previous experience in marketing, communication, or digital projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent French and English.
- An interest in digital acquisition and performance.
- Genuine curiosity for culture, art, museums and immersive experiences.
The mindset
We are looking for someone with the potential to become a future project leader: curious, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.
You do not need to know everything already. What matters is that you learn fast, ask good questions, take feedback well, stay calm when priorities change, and are willing to get involved wherever the project needs you.
We may work with specialist agencies or freelancers, so you will not be expected to execute everything yourself. You should, however, understand the work well enough to brief partners, track performance, and ensure activity ultimately supports audience growth and ticket sales.
